Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can book directly through my booking page. Simply choose the service that feels right for your family, select a time, and follow the prompts.

  • I do not promote “cry it out” or strict sleep training methods and I will never make you do something you’re not comfortable with. My approach is holistic; we look at the whole child, rather than focus on one technique. I always prioritise your baby's comfort and emotional well-being (and yours).

Crying is also communication. No matter how gentle we approach sleep, if something is changing, they will cry. This is normal and “no cry” solutions aren’t realistic. If they cry, know you will be responsive, present and you aren’t leaving them to cry alone.

Also… why pay me for support when you can find these methods online for free.

  • With my background in Early Childhood Education, I work closely with families everyday and have a deep understanding of child development. You can trust you’re in good hands with a sleep coach who values your wellbeing, input and parenting style when it comes to your little one. I don’t believe in traditional sleep training methods and can proudly say I can help you achieve your goals without leaving your baby to cry alone.

  • Sleeping through the night isn’t always the goal nor is it developmentally realistic for some. Making changes also varies for each baby. Let’s not forget that babies wake for all kinds of reasons; therefore, I will never promise sleeping through. Babies wake and this is normal, but what we can do, is make your sleep situation more sustainable.

  • You can pause support at any time and you have one month to redeem the rest of the package purchased.

  • I am certified to work with 0-5 year olds.

  • If your baby experiences a sleep regression, teething or separation anxiety, know that these are developmentally normal and always something we’ll be mindful of. I will adapt your plan accordingly and support you through it. It will be important to adjust our expectations during those times.

  • I support families with a wide range of sleep challenges, including:

    • Frequent night waking.

    • Nap transitions or transitioning sleep spaces (e.g. co-sleeping to cot).

    • Early rising.

    • Short naps or nap resistance.

    • Difficulty settling to sleep.

    • Reliance on feeding, rocking, or other sleep associations.

If sleep is feeling hard, I’m here to help.

  • Every baby is different, but many families begin to see some positive changes within the first few days. Lasting, sustainable progress typically builds over 1–3 weeks as your baby adjusts and new patterns are established.

  • Absolutely! All of my support packages are accessible and offered online via email, text, video or phone call support. If you are local (Taupō based) then there’s an added option for in person consultations at your home. If you live locally, this is my favourite way to meet you and your little one.
